Practice is such an important piece of growing in your
sport.  Coaches and athletes work together to perfect
their skill.
Learning how to
focus is vital to
shooting well.
Leave all other
thoughts and
feelings behind and
focus on the
moment.    Don't get
angry or frustrated
with the last shot, or
overly excited.
Remember, you are
shooting 1 shot
matches.  Each
shot counts.
Stephen and Victoria shoot their first match in 6 years
together.  They shot as juniors in the Burlington Rifle
& Pistol Club and now are coaches for our current
juniors.  It's great to see our athletes return from
college and give back to our newer athletes.  Thanks
Victoria and Stephen!  (Frank too!)
